Scope

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to everyone who accesses thefarberlawfirm.com (the "Site"), submits a form, uses an intake or evaluation tool, or otherwise interacts with our systems. It supplements our Terms of Use, which control if there is any conflict.

Permitted Use

You may view, print, and share Site content for personal, non-commercial, informational purposes, and may submit accurate information about your own legal matter through our forms to request a consultation.

Prohibited Conduct

• Submitting false, misleading, or impersonated information, or another person's information without authority.
• Using the Site or its forms to send spam, chain messages, solicitations, or unsolicited commercial communications.
• Scraping, crawling beyond published robots directives, harvesting email addresses, or bulk-downloading content for competitive or commercial reuse.
• Attempting to probe, scan, or breach authentication, rate limits, or any security control; introducing malware; or conducting denial-of-service activity.
• Reverse engineering, framing, mirroring, or republishing Site content or code without written permission.
• Uploading or transmitting content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, obscene, or infringes another party's intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Using our AI or intake tools to generate content for unlawful purposes, to provide legal advice to third parties, or to misrepresent output as advice from this firm.
• Using automated systems to place repeated calls, texts, or form submissions to the firm.

Confidential Information

Do not transmit confidential, privileged, or sensitive information through the Site before a signed written engagement agreement is in place. Unsolicited submissions may not be treated as confidential and may not be protected by the attorney-client privilege.

Monitoring & Enforcement

We may monitor use, apply rate limits, and log requests to protect the Site. We may suspend or block access, remove submissions, and pursue any available legal remedy for violations of this policy. We reserve the right to report suspected unlawful activity to law enforcement.

Reporting Abuse

Report abuse, suspected security vulnerabilities, or misuse of firm content to info@thefarberlawfirm.com. Please do not conduct intrusive testing against the Site; describe the issue and allow us reasonable time to respond.
