Our Response

On receipt of a compliant notice, we will review promptly and may remove or disable access to the material identified. We may forward the notice, including your contact information, to the person who supplied the material.

Counter-Notice

If material you supplied was removed and you believe the removal was the result of mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3) containing your signature, identification of the removed material and its prior location, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification, your name, address, telephone number, and consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the district where you reside (or, if outside the United States, the Southern District of Florida), and that you will accept service of process from the complaining party.

Misrepresentation & Repeat Infringers

Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), a person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or was removed by mistake, may be liable for damages. We may terminate access for repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
